low hanging cable

I've opened 2 tickets for low hanging cables and I haven't received any response from Comcast. I'll be fined by my HOA if Comcast's cables are not addressed and I can't reach anyone to discuss this. I've logged into my account and it shows that I don't have any open support tickets. How do I obtain status on ticket ECM0014269177 and who can I talk with to know when the low hanging cables will be addressed?
