Low hanging cable wire

Above ground Low hanging cable wire. I have reported the issue multiple times, had technicians out for other issues that reported the issue. It is now hanging so low you have to duck to get under it. I reported the issue & received an email that it was taken care of but the wire is still on the ground. It needs to be tightened back up & hung properly
