Low hanging cable line

I work for a property management company and at one of our properties one of your wires is hanging low and because of the wind, it is repeatedly banging against our tenant's wall. How do I get in contact with someone to fix this? your entire website is garbage for a request like this.

Hello user_31d217, thank you for reaching out to us here with this concern. You're in the right place for assistance with getting the line raised. To get started on this request could you please provide us with your full name, the property name, and the street address for the property?

@XfinityAmir Ron Plesnicher 2039 s.e.th lane, cape coral, fl., 33990. The lines are crossing at 1114 s.e.20th ct.  We'll be bringing our motorhome soon (13'3") and we'll wipe out your customers service.

I have almost the exact same issue. Had a tech visit one week ago who had noticed the low hanging cable from the telephone pole in my backyard. He resolved one potential cause of the issue which was the line coming down from the tap which was full of water, so that was replaced at least. The cable hangs down low enough over the fence and into my neighbor's backyard that there are vines growing over it. He said he'd send in an email about having it taken care of, but I haven't heard anything about it since then.

@user_796072, Thank you for reaching out through Community Forums. In most cases, the tech will reach out to our maintenance department, so they can get it taken care of. They don't usually reach out to you, since they can take care of things in most cases, without scheduling an appointment. If you would like me to take a look and see if there has been any activity on your account, feel free to send us a DM with your name and full address by doing the following:

Ensure you are first signed in, then you will see an icon at the top right of your page.
From there, click the 'New Message' icon. In the 'To' field, type 'Xfinity Support'.
Type your message in the text area that appears at the bottom of the window and hit enter to send. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond.
