Low hanging cable line

I have a low hanging cable line in my back yard. Became low after the high wind a few days ago. I would like to know how to schedule a tech to make the repair. Thank you.

I am a comcast customer and need to report a low cable line it was hit by a delivery truck pulling in my driveway. How do I get this fixed ?
