Low hanging Cable in Backyard

I placed a report early September regarding a low hanging cable in my backyard. A tree limb fell which is the reason for the report. I was promised a technician visit by September 17th. The cable is now hanging lower than first reported. I'm afraid that it could shortly become hazardous. The due date has been missed. Outside technical support is needed.

Hello DM4909. Thank you for creating a post on our Forum. Apologies this work has not been completed. I can assist with submitting a ticket to our local Maintenance team who can report out and get the cable raised and secured back in place. Please send me a private message and include your full name and service address so I can assist you. To send me a private, message click my name (ComcastJoeTru) to view my profile. Then click "Send a message" and private message me.

Can you help me as well? Because I can not get anybody on the phone or via chat. I submitted a claim online and not even an hour later they marked it as resolved. I will be placing a pool in my back yard and if something happens because of the line being so low. I will be holding comcast at fault, since they can not seem to get it together.
