Loud modem

An internet service rep replaced my modem today with a newer model. This thing is horribly loud. I have to turn my TV volume way up to hear over it and it made remote work just about impossible. 

I tried using your stupid customer service chat through the app, but it didn't match any of the prompts.

Hey there @user_a1fd8b. Our modems are supposed to be near silent. If the noise issue persists, please send us a private message so we can order you a new one, or you can visit your local Xfinity store tomorrow and swap it out for free!

To send us a Private Chat Message, select the message icon in the top right corner and then search for Xfinity support. With our new Xfinity support chat, you do not need to input the name of a person. Just select “Xfinity Support” and you will be able to speak with the next available specialist.
