Lost/Stolen package?
I ordered a xFi Gateway and it was supposed to be delivered with UPS. I received a notification that my package was delivered, but I can't find it. I've talked to my building management and they didn't receive it. Also, I have asked surrounding buildings' managements and they didn't receive it either.
Anyway, what are my options?

Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
