Lost wages due to outage

I make a part time living serving as a gaming coach and community administrator. Due to a maintenance outage I'm unable to connect during a time period that cost me well over $150 in earnings. Is there a way for me to recover these lost wages? I really need help here as times are tough and I can't afford to lose opportunities over an outage while having the most expensive Internet package for the download speeds I need.

@user_e63ad6 , Hello, thank you for taking the time to reach out in our great Xfinity forums community. We certainly understand the importance of having access to your service. I'm bummed to hear about interruption. I'm happy to investigate what is going on.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

See  https://comca.st/3KQF8q9 for an example.

There was no assistance in recovering my lost wages due to service outage. Was only offered the option for cheaper service. I can afford my service. I cannot afford for my service to be out as I make a living online. This is far from convenient and has been a massive waist of time. Than you Xfinity for not being for the people that purchase your services and not caring for how your service effects your customers.
