Lost Returning Equipment

   So this past Monday I dropped off a boxed and labeled tv device at a ups drop off location. Its still showing on the Xfinity site as label created as of today. What are my options if the device is lost by the shipper?

Hello @AaronLau, thank you for reaching out and being so detailed in your post. I can check on your equipment and work with you to make sure we get those devices removed. Those unreturned equipment fees are never fun to deal with, so I get why you're reaching out. Especially doing so proactively. In order to get started can you please send a direct message to Xfinity Support with your full name and full address by clicking the chat icon in the top right? Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
