Welcome to our community forum, @Jtibble1! Thank you for reaching out to us so we can help you get a new remote. When my puppy was little, our X1 remotes were her favorite chew toys so I've had to replace quite a few haha! Luckily, you can grab one free of charge at your local Xfinity service center. Are you able to swing by the store?

You can always walk in or you can schedule an appointment in case there's a line so you won't have to wait :).
