Lost remote

I lost the remote to the family room tv.

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums! I'm sorry to hear that you lost the remote! I've got three kids and mine grows legs and walks off on a daily basis so I can understand the frustration. There are a few options if you are looking for a replacement remote. You can go into your local service center to pick up a new one at no charge. The other option would be for us to ship one out to you, there is a charge to ship the remote and it will take 3-5 business days to arrive. We do offer the Xfinity Remote app (it's been my lifesaver on days the remote wanders off!) that you can use if you have a compatible box.
