Lost Peacock subscription

Hello, 

I have been an Xfinity account holder since February. I activated the Peacock offer within February. Now my Peacock account is saying to add a plan. What went wrong?

Greetings, Shana_colorado! Thanks for bringing your lost Peacock subscription to our attention. Could you please try this step and let me know if it still gives you an error message? 

-Use the Activation Banner: Go to xfinity.com/activate-peacock (use a private/incognito browser) and log in with your primary Xfinity ID. Look for a banner that says "Ready to activate".
