Lost Package
To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing to formally request an immediate resolution regarding a package that was shipped to me by Comcast and has been deemed lost by FedEx.
My order was placed on September 2 and was scheduled for delivery on September 4. The package became stuck in Inwood, WV and was never delivered to my address. I was instructed by Comcast to file a claim with FedEx, which I did. FedEx has since informed me that the package is considered lost.
I have spent a considerable amount of time going back and forth between FedEx and Comcast, and unfortunately, neither company has taken responsibility for resolving this matter. I have followed every process and instruction provided by both companies, including filing the required FedEx claim. I even went to a Comcast store in person seeking assistance.
The package contained equipment that was insured, and I have already paid $858.29 for this order. That payment has been processed, despite the fact that I never received the package or the equipment I paid for. I was also advised that billing for the services would begin 10 days after the order shipped.
Comcast has repeatedly opened support tickets regarding this issue, only for those tickets to be closed without providing an acceptable resolution. As an existing Comcast customer who was also attempting to add mobile service, I find this entire experience extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
I am requesting that Comcast take ownership of this issue and provide a prompt resolution, including addressing the $858.29 that I paid for equipment that was never delivered.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will dispute the charge with my credit card company and file a complaint with the appropriate federal regulatory agency, including the FCC. I am also seriously considering canceling my existing Comcast services due to the way this situation has been handled.
I have been patient, cooperative, and have followed every required step. At this point, I expect Comcast to take responsibility and resolve this matter without requiring me to continue going back and forth between Comcast and FedEx.
I look forward to receiving a response and a resolution as soon as possible.
Sincerely,

Hello @user_z4pv60, Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your day to leave a post on our community forum, and we would be happy to help. I will need to pull up your account to investigate this further. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you. Click "Sign In" (If necessary). Click the "Direct Messaging" Icon. Click the "Start New Conversation" (pencil and paper) icon. In the “To:” line, type "Xfinity Support". As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window. Press Enter to send it. How to: Direct Message Within The Forum.
