Lost my Xfinity Rewards last week for no reason. Called/chatted with support multiple times. No resolution.
I was a Diamond Rewards member (Xfinity account for over 20 years) but last week, when I went to my rewards account page it says: "We can't offer you rewards right now". I created a support ticket that was escalated. Was assured it would be quickly fixed but no updates for 4 days so I called and was given the email of the agent handling the case. Emailed her last week but have heard nothing back.
I would just like to know that somebody is looking into my issue. I also would like to keep my Peacock Premium reward that is due to start today.
