lost my platinum level on my account
Today i had noticed that my Peacock premium membership was not working that i always got free through xfinity Platinum rewards. But as i check my account it is not under redeemed rewards and my account now says that i am a silver member. I have had this account for easily over 8 years and never missed a payment.

@ChaosGauge Are you logging in with the correct Xfinity ID? You may have accessed another account or information if you've been an Xfinity Platinum member before and are showing your status as Silver. Have you recently made any changes to your account or Xfinity ID?
