Lost Gold Rewards Status After Moving

I have been an Xfinity customer for over 3 years and recently moved to a different home.  I was an active user of the Xfinity rewards, but now it says my account is not eligible for the rewards program.  I looked at the FAQs and it says a move should not effect my reward status.  I moved and activated my service at the new home within about 24 hours.
