Lost Flex Box

If I lost my Flex box and a friend has an extra box. Can I return that box or does it have to be the exact box that was sent?

troy.moretti Our device return is based on Serial number of the device. Returning another device that wasn't the one we provided would just remove it from their account, but yours would remain on your account as it's linked by the serial number.
