Lost equipment

Hello,

I used to have an old modem and streaming box. I was told by my roommate that they returned them, but after them moving out and noticing the charges on my bill, they admitted to just throwing them away. Is there an option for getting this sorted out so I don’t have to pay the fees anymore?

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
