Lost Equipment

Hi, hope you're having a great day. I looked at my bill and noticed an unreturned equipment charge. So sometime last year, we had fiberglass leak throughout the house and had to get it cleaned. I'm thinking, one of the cleaners or someone misplaced the wifi modem thingy and its been lost since. So since March 2025 I have been getting charged about $15 a month, for the equipment. I'm not looking for a refund, just want it removed from my account, as I think $15 since March last year should cover it. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing, a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
