Lost Equipment

I lost a piece of equipment I'm now being asked to return. Is there anyway to pay for it upfront instead of being added to my bill? Also I still have one piece of the equipment so can I return on piece without the other?

@user_474e6d Thank you so much for your post with your questions about returning equipment and lost equipment. For the Equipment that you do still have no, it is not too late to get that back to us and to have and charges associated with that piece of equipment reversed. As for the lost piece of equipment. There is no option to pay for it in advance to avoid the charge printing on a bill. You can however pre-pay the amount for the equipment to offset the cost but both the payment and the charge for the unreturned item will show on the bill.

Same problem about long lost digital equipment that shows as inactive. How to resolve this matter or are you saying this goes on forever?
