Lost equipment that I need to return - help!

I have a cable box that went missing during the move to my new house in August. I've looked everywhere but can't find it, and I need to return it. What are my options?

I am sorry to hear about the loss of your cable box during your move. I bet is shows up in a box that you would never have thought to look in. I also would be happy to review your account and see if the unreturned equipment fee has been applied yet.When you have a moment please send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support."
