Lost Diamond Status after Move and Told to Change Account Email

I am trying to recover my diamond status after moving  and was told to change account IDs/Emails due to different region.  I am trying to regain my Peacock Premium. I can see my diamond status on the xfinity site.  But when i go to activate on rewards page it then says gold.  How do i link all this to reconcile these?

they had me create a new account as i was moving to a different "region" they said so i could not transfer services.
