Lost COMCAST.NET Favorite Folders After Backup Restart. How to e-mail Tech Spt direct for Assistance

How do I send Xfinity Tech Spt a direct e-mail for there help to FIND my Comcast.net Favorite Folders after a Backup Restore. Can't find more than 70 plus folders/subfolders. The Xfinity Assistant is a waste of time sending me in circles. The Xfinity website has NO Contact us other than a chat. Speaking with a foreigner over the phone is poor. My Comcast.net e-mails went though Microsoft OUTLOOK.  Was impossible to get a direct answer from speaking with foreign Comcast telephone help. HELP

Are you able to check if the Favorites folder is still missing when checking through the Xfinity Connect site? https://www.xfinity.com/email

Another thing to note would be the email programs you are using. Most email programs delete your messages off our mail server after downloading them to your computer. So if you want to access your email with more than one email program — and not have emails scattered across different email programs — make sure that a copy of every email remains on our server.

See Set Up Windows Mail to Save a Copy of Your Email on the Server for more information about using Outlook Express.

To learn more about using third-party email clients (e.g., Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, etc.) to access your Comcast.net email address, see Enable/Disable Third-Party Client Access to Comcast.net Email - FAQs.

THANKS-

I've tried everything.

This is a serious request to Xfinity Tech Support to have someone in the Tech Support Department look into my Data on my email account [Edited: "Personal Information"] due to it being "missing" now. My telephone number is [Edited: "Personal Information"] and I live at [Edited: "Personal Information"].

I had over 70 "folders/sub folders" disappear (I did not delete them) following a computer backup restore.  I am requesting someone in your "level 2" or higher tech support call my IT professional [Edited: "Personal Information"] at [Edited: "Personal Information"].  He has FULL permission to speak to you on all aspects of my email accounts (pst).  My Comcast-net e-mail used OUTLOOK PST FILE.

I need Xfinity Tech Spt assistance to find my Comcast.net Favorite Folders for me. Thanks

[Edited: "Personal Information"]

Click "Sign In" if necessary
