Lost Bally Coverage replaced with FanDuel
Xfinity broke the terms of my contract 10 days after I renewed it last year, when I lost Bally due to the bankruptcy blackout. I lost 4 months of Braves coverage, so basically 3/4 of the season and the credit given was inadequate for my inconvenience. Bally channels were free of charge now, Comcast has replaced them with fanduel paid channel. This is unacceptable! I should not have to pay additional for what was included under the terms of my contract. How do I get my Braves coverage added back? Please advise. This is not how you treat a 30 + year customer.
