Lost 2.4g service

It seems none of my 2.4 g devices can connect to the WiFi. Service has been fine for months and all of a sudden this evening all 2.4g devices went off line

Hi user_gsyh8k, with how connected everything seems, I can see why this would be a problem. I hope you were able to have a nice weekend besides this 2.4 Wi-Fi channel issue. I did have a few questions to get us going in the right direction. Are you using your own modem or a Xfinity gateway? Are you able to view your network name when you search for it on the impacted devices?
