Loss wages from outage

Hello, I work remotely and I am not on salary, hence today's outage prevented me from earning money, how can I recoop that.

If you recently experienced any area-wide interruptions, you can request compensation based on the amount of time services were offline by submitting a request by visiting xfinity.com/support/account-management/credits/outage/details. Please let me know if you have any questions about the process!
