Loss of service
Currently without power for the last 24 hours only update from Xfinity says restoration will be completed by July 17. Considering how far that is from today, I was looking for a more accurate timeline and potentially the cause of the issue. I will need to prepare elderly family along with work from home necessities.

@user_gr8s4j, hello! I am sorry to hear that the service is down in your area. Is the power out for your home or is that just what is listed in the notifications? The Status Center (or text messages if you signed up for notifications) provides the same information that we have.
