Loss of NFL Network and Cartoon Network
Losing NFL Network has made me feel that it’s time for a change. The loss of NFL Network and no reduction in price. Then Xfinity made Cartoon Network another up charge premium package. I hardly ever watch anymore as I’m on streaming services. Xfinity does not provide the content that I am interested in. Blue Ridge is upgrading to fiber optics in my area. I feel like it’s time after being a lifelong loyal customer. Very dissatisfied with current services Xfinity is providing.

@user_hviuie Good morning! We appreciate you reaching out to Xfinity Forums regarding the NFL Network. Comcast pays programmers to bring customers the entertainment, information, and sports they want. Comcast works to negotiate fair terms to ensure the greatest value for customers given all the ways content can be accessed today. So far, Disney/ESPN has not proposed a deal that Comcast believes is fair for its customers. Comcast continues to work towards making this programming available again with fair pricing, terms, and conditions for customers.
