Loss of CBS
I have been a customer since 1992 and have never experienced a loss of a channel. I feel like this is a ploy to be able to raise the cost. I pay close to $400 a month and have not seen a discount since losing CBS…what’s up with that. Either bring back CBS, lower the rate or be prepared to lose long time customers.

@Volsgal, please know we pay programmers to bring you the entertainment you love, and many reasonable offers have been made, but they haven’t been accepted. Comcast is working toward bringing back this programming, but only with fair pricing, terms, and conditions for customers.
