Loose XFi Gateway Power cable

Hello,

The power cable on my Xfinity Gateway router is very loose on the router side.  Any movement of the router is sufficient to knock out the power to it, resulting in a loss of service.  Please help.

The concern is not "Home Security Devices And Equipment" help related. Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
