Loose comcast wire in backyard - technicians keep getting scheduled but nobody shows up
There is a currently a loose comcast wire in my backyard, confirmed by at&t and pg&e techs. I keep trying to schedule technicians with xfinity but so far I have never had anyone come over yet. what is the best way to proceed with this?
