Looks like your move requires a bit of extra attention

im currently in the process of try to get internet from my current address to a different address, but when i put in the address and the date. it accepts everything but then gives me and error message with the following "Looks like your move requires a bit of extra attention". i called the number that was provided and was on hold for a hot minute and didn't get through to a rep. i'm just looking to troubleshoot and see if there is anyway i can fix this myself. i am also trying to get the student offer since it's available and I'm a student.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Good morning @user_3wg2sm, our team would be happy to assist with your move.

Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
