Hi user_62c1a0, thank you for reaching out to us here with this concern and congratulations on selecting your new deal :) It sounds like the app and online service are a bit behind in updating the information online, don't worry this is common which is why we send out email notfications of the change once its made. The online system and Xfinity My Account app can take up to 24 hours to fully update your plan/services and your bill when you make upgrades or if you choose to downgrade.
