I purchased an xfinity plan two months ago, it was doing great until last month. All my devices can not connect to the internet and I have to spend an extra 50 dollars to keep my internet working on this computer. I am the only owner of this account and already taken this address after the last owner left, all problems should've been solved but why is this happening, please help.
