Looks Like Something Went Wrong. Please Reload The Page And Try Again
For the past few months whenever I try to pay my internet bill this error message always pops up. I can successfully log into my Xfinity account yet after that everything is pretty much useless. I can not pay my bill through my phone browser, computer, or even the app.. It is very frustrating having to call customer support and pay through calls when the website exists. Any ideas on how to fix this?

@user_051827 Thank you for reaching out and bringing this to our attention. I can see how that would be frustrating. I love being able to pay my bill through the app. We would love to look into this for you. Have you had a chance to clear your cache and cookies from your computer?

I have the same problem. I’ve tried to make an early payment to use Apple Pay. It just keep on showing “Looks like something went wrong “ and no matter how many times I reload and try again. Customer support with chat and phone call can’t provide solution even after I asked for elevation. They just transferred me to Apple Card support which I don’t think where the problem is because I can make other Apple Card transactions without any problem. It’s very frustrating experience that Xfinity can’t make it work. I really want their software works on line.

I have the same issue on both Chrome and Safari. It worked as expected during the last few months.
