user_aclzw9 To do a transfer of responsibility from you to your roommate you would have 2 options. Quickest way get it done would be for the both of you 2 to go into the nearest store with proof of residency and photo ID. They would be able to get everything done that day. The other option is we can put in a request ticket for you to have it done without going in. This will take a little longer to get done as it's not done in person, and we have to take a little more procautions for security reasons.
