Looking to switch to Xfinity NOW

Hello, I currently have a regular Xfinity internet plan and I'd like to switch to an Xfinity NOW 100MB plan. Based on previous posts, I understand I have to first put in a request to cancel my existing plan before I can order Xfinity NOW. Can anyone help me with this? Thank you!
