Looking to renew my plan

It’s not clear to me whether I can renew my current plan with the same conditions.

There is no option referring to the current plan in the app.

Thanks for reaching out @user_5wn674! I can understand wanting to keep your current plan if you've been happy with the service and pricing. It can definitely be confusing when you don't see your existing plan listed among the available options.

 

In some cases, a plan may be a legacy or discontinued speed tier, channel lineup, or promotion, which means it is no longer available for renewal or re-selection once it expires. Because of that, there isn't always a way to renew the exact same plan and terms currently on the account.

Our team would also love to check what offers are available on the account. Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.
 
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
Click "Sign In" if necessary.
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon. 
In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
Press Enter to send it.
