Looking to renew my contract/courtesy adjustment. Must continue my cable card.
Hi,
I am looking to communicate with a representative who can help me renew my courtesy adjustment or sign up for a new 1-2 year contract. I really like the current plan I am on. My courtesy adjustment will expire at the end of this month. Importantly, I need to keep my cable card active.
I can't find a way to accomplish this online through the billing portal.
