Looking to redeem the free peacock subscription for platinum members.
I saw that platinum members get a free Peacock subscription. I've checked the reward portal and reached out to the Xfinity assistant, but was unable to locate the option to redeem. Spoke to a live agent, and he kept telling me it was a promotion and it had expired, then proceeded to sell me 1 gig internet to get free Peacock.
Everywhere I read indicates it was not a limited-time promotion. Please assist. I need tech support, not a salesperson. Thank you!

Our 1 gigabit speed tiers and above offer a limited 2-year promotion, however the membership perk is not limited to 2 years.
