Looking to get Gigabit Pro (x6?)

Howdy!

I am looking to get setup with Gigabit Pro and with a bit of Googling, found that I needed to reach out to Customer Support. Is this the right avenue or is there a product page that I can go to where I can check for availability and sign up for a service appointment?

Thanks!

@iFred That is an excellent question. In order to be eligible for Gigabit X6 you will need to meet these requirements. https://comca.st/3DHLTdj

For Gig Pro we would need to submit a serviceability ticket to determine if your home is eligible.

@XfinityZacharyA thanks for the quick reply! I am well within the requirements, so provided they can get the fibre lit, then I should be good. Can I send you a DM with details needed for a serviceability ticket?

I am glad to hear that! Yes you can.

Could you please send our team a private message with your full name and full address?

To send a Private message to Xfinity Support from any Forum page:

Click "Sign In" if that prompt is visible

• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
