Looking to downgrade to an internet-only plan

Greetings - I have been shopping/looking at Quantum Fiber and with their deals at 70/month for life for 2g up/down, it is extremely tempting.   Hoping I can dialog with someone in customer retention to see what may be available in terms of downgrading to an internet only plan that is competitive with ATT.   I tried calling to do this and it was frustrating speaking with someone who tried to upsell me instead on mobile service, etc.
