Looking to downgrade my internet plan

I signed up for the new multi-gig 2100/300 plan last month and was having latency/disconnect issues. A tech came out and fixed a coax connection and it was fine for a few days but it's been very spotty over the past month. I'd like to just go back down to 1gig for stability.

Do I just do this through the web and 'change speed'? I saw there were new 5-year pricing plans now - can I set that up as well?

Thanks I was able to just do it through a browser. Went to my account and updated my speed. It looks like the order itself is still processing but I imagine it should take care of itself eventually. I shouldn't need to bother yall unless I need help reprovisioning right?
