Looking for Update on Request for Refund

I have talked to several kind assistance, filled out and submitted two forms in an attempt to get a large amount of money mistakenly paid to Xfinity returned to me.  Was told last Monday to expect a telephone call within 72 hours but did not hear from anyone. I need to find out what is going on.
