Looking for my Chat Agent

Hi, this past Sunday I had the absolute BEST Customer service experience I've ever had with any Company. But I was not able to give her/him a rating. How can I do this for that individual now?

 On March 8, 2026 I had the absolute BEST Customer Service experience I've ever had with any Company. I have her first name and I know she works out of your Center in India. Can you tell me how I can rate this experience please?

Thanks for reaching out to us, we're always glad to hear great feedback from our awesome customers. Generally when you reach out to chat support you will receive a notification on how your experience went where you can rate Xfinity and the agent you spoke with.

 

So, I recommend logging into your Comcast e-mail and checking those dates as those surveys are sent out randomly
