Looking for help with Equipment on my account

I have been getting messages from an automated service about equipment on my account but am unable to address the equipment. Is it possible to get in touch with a representative to sort it out?

 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the To line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
