Looking for help with a refund that Xfinity fails to send to me.
Hello- I'm wondering if anyone has any thoughts. I've been trying to get a $1,700 refund from an overcharge on my account a place I no longer live at. They have verified that the refund is due and I've been told 6 times that the check will be mailed. Each time it doesn't arrive, I call. The last time, I was on the phone for over an hour with them and they said the check was not cashed so they were re-issuing it. I have many emails saying the refund is ready and I have all the documentation, but they still will not send me the money. I've been trying for one year now and unless I file some sort of lawsuit, I don't know what to do. They agree I am owed it, my account shows it as a credit, and yet they refuse to send the money. Any ideas would be appreciated!

The concern is not "Home Security Devices And Equipment" help related........... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
