Longer cable cord?
My living room has 3 cable jacks but the only active one is too far away and I can't rearrange. Is it possible to get a longer cable cord? There is only a crawlspace under the living room, so I don't know how feasible it is to activate another jack.

Hey there, @user_71b789! Thanks for bringing your questions about your cable options to the community. I definitely know how that goes, having one particular outlet that works best, and would be happy to see what all can be done to resolve this for you! If you're talking about coaxial (coax) cable, then we should have those available at our stores. I'm not sure if they'll have extra long ones to use, but you're welcome use our Xfinity Store Locator to find the location nearest you and swing by to see what they have! If that doesn't work, one other thing I can think of would be to schedule a tech visit and see if they're able to help (I've personally had some amazing technicians at my homes through the years, and they can usually figure something out for extending a connection when necessary). Let me know if you end up going to an Xfinity Store and if you're able to get a hold of longer cable. If not, I'll look into some other options with you :)
