Long time customer

I have been a customer since they were Comcast in the late 80s. I can't take all their lies anymore I'm getting older and last time I talked to 1 of there employees it put me in the hospital. I  have a weak heart.  And I just want it over I never want to talk to them as long as I live.

I believe that they should pay for my hospital bill. After talking to this girl my hart stated hurting 

I'm disabled and my bill was over 1200.00 I was on an EKG all 4 days I was there. They sent me a phone I never asked for.I sent it back and some would say they received it and others would say they didn't. They want to call me a liar. They keep charging me for it. I  contacted a lawyer and he said if I didn't ask for it I'm not responsible for it. What I wanted was a sim card. And it took 2 weeks to Finley get that . They sent me a coaxial cable and I didn't ask for that either. I got them to give me a credit but I never received it. So I'm done with Xfinity after 38 years. The worst part is they don't even care .🇺🇸
