Long standing customer with xfinity with 2 locations , get no price break
we currently have a home location and beach condo location , yet we get no price break for having 2 locations and being a very long customer with xfinity . i just asked on the the phone to an xfinity rep to give us the a better TV channel deal , they only came back with the same old deal we had early this year . We will be switching to Verizon Fios after all these years

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.

We currently have 2 Xfinity locations. We have been with xfinity for many years,However we do not get any price break for having 2 locations. At our condo location I asked the xfinity rep to give us a more TV channels at our beach condo location . We are not there that often . The rep only offered your standard bundle , which we had before. No break for being a very long standing customer with xfinity and having a home and beach condo plan with xfinity. After all these years you now force us to move our 2 accounts to Verizon Fios. We will be taking action next week.
